How we helped

The Pioneers into Practice programme connects professionals across Europe to help develop their careers by understanding a systems perspective of climate change. It includes workshops, projects, coaching and work placements to enable participants to experience both innovation and learning.

Richard was a coach from 2014 to 2018 (when it was last delivered in the UK) and helped lead the international workshops in 2017 to 2019.
